Developer Console - Display discrepancy on the Installations Page
Resolved - On September 17, 2026, some Developer Console users may have experienced performance degradation where versions and statuses in the Installation tab were outdated. The issue has now been resolved, and the service is operating normally for all affected customers.

Update - The fix to correct the display discrepancy in the Developer Console Installation tab remains underway. Core app installations and upgrades are unaffected.

We will provide the next update in 2 hours, or sooner.

Identified - We have identified the cause of the issue affecting the Developer Console where app versions and statuses in the Installation tab appear outdated.

Please note that app installations and auto-upgrades continue to function normally in the background; this is isolated to the display in the Developer Console.

We are actively deploying a fix to correct the display. We will provide the next update in 1 - hour or sooner.

Scheduled - Atlassian will be undergoing scheduled maintenance with up to 30 seconds of downtime in the FedRAMP perimeter on 2026-09-13 between 23:00 and 2026-09-14 00:00 UTC.
During the outage, you won’t be able to:
- Create/upgrade/delete apps
- Install/uninstall apps
- Upgrade installations
- Deploy apps
- Grant/revoke access for apps
- Grant consent to apps
- Revoke consent to apps
Expect to see the above operations fail with 500 status code and you will need to retry the operations after maintenance is successfully completed.
We will continue to provide updates as we progress and when you can expect these services to be restored.
